Done-for-you setup

How the first 100 beta guides should be built.

For the beta cohort, we should run a concierge workflow. That gives us cleaner feedback, stronger testimonials, and fewer false negatives from confused setup.

1Choose one property with real guest traffic.
2Capture or collect 2-6 room panoramas.
3Gather arrival, house rules, Wi-Fi, TV/device, and safety notes.
4Send assets through the beta intake or create the guide in SceneHost.
5Review the password/private/expiry settings before including access codes.
6Share the guide with one real guest or direct-booking channel and report what happened.

Security reminder

Do not put door codes into a public non-expiring guide.

SceneHost supports private, password, unlisted, and expiring guide links. Use those settings before adding access codes, lockbox locations, or backup entry instructions.

Access details require protected sharing Rules and device notes can be public or guest-only Room panoramas should avoid exposing private owner details
